Important Notice Regarding Pet Toys:

Our products are designed for pet use only (birds, rabbits, and other small animals).
Many of our toys are made from natural, destructible materials intentionally designed to be chewed, shredded, and destroyed during normal play.
Wear, tear, and eventual destruction of the toy through normal pet use is expected and is not considered a product defect.
We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage caused by a pet ingesting parts of a toy. Always supervise your pet during play and remove any damaged or small pieces promptly.
Products are intended solely for the use described and should not be used for any other purpose.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the available payment methods on our website.

5. Orders and Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

6. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
