2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Free from damage, odors, or signs of use

Non-returnable items:

Opened or unsealed products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Items that show clear signs of use or damage caused by the customer

3. Return Shipping Costs

Quality issues or defective products: We will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us first and provide photos of the issue.
Change of mind or personal reasons: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@birdnestpets.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
For quality issues, please attach clear photos or videos.
We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return or replacement as appropriate.
