Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories or international destinations.

How much is shipping?

Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $50 are charged a $4.99 standard shipping fee.

How long does delivery take?

Processing: 1–3 business days
FedEx transit: 3–5 business days
Total delivery time: 4–8 business days

Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are processed on the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, a FedEx tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in substantially the same condition in which they were received. Products that have been used by or exposed to a pet may not be eligible for return.

Birdnest Pets does not charge a restocking fee. Return shipping costs are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. Products may be exchanged for an available product of the same selling price, subject to availability.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund reaches the original payment method within five days after the returned product is delivered to Pro-Built Logistics.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes. Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through the applicable return process.

How should bird toys be used?

Select products according to your bird’s species, size and behavior. Bird toys are intended for supervised use. Inspect products regularly for damage, loose parts or wear, and discontinue use if any damage or unsafe condition is identified.
